Upcoming Horizon Europe Cluster 5 calls 2025-2026: clean energy, sustainable buildings and emerging technologies

The European Commission has announced the opening of new Horizon Europe Cluster 5 calls, focusing on energy transition, industrial decarbonisation, efficiency in the built environment and advanced renewable technologies. All calls will open on 15 September 2025 and close on 16 February 2026 (17:00 Brussels time) in a single evaluation phase.

Among the themes highlighted are Destinatons 3 and 4:
