Time: From 9:30 CEST
Face-to-face format
Venue: Lyngby, Denmark
The MSCA Presidency Conference 2025, organised by the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) with the support of the European Commission, will bring together early-stage researchers, policy makers, university leaders and private sector representatives to address a key challenge: how can Europe attract and retain the best research talent?
Over two days, the event will offer conferences, roundtables and parallel sessions to reflect on the role of the purpose-driven university, the working culture in academia and cross-sector mobility.
Some of the key themes of the programme:
- Purpose-driven universities: how to attract and engage research talent?
- Sustainable work culture and individual well-being
- Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in research careers
- MSCA supervision and intersectoral mobility
- MSCA-Falling Walls Pitch competition: European research talent in action
The conference will be moderated by Lykke Friis, director of Moderator.dk, and will conclude with a final panel discussion focusing on the future of MSCA actions and the awarding of prizes to the best pitches of the event.
A must-attend event for those who drive research in Europe, promote the welfare of young researchers and design sustainable academic talent policies.
