The CINEA – European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency is looking for different profiles of experts for the ranking of the Innovation Fund projects.
What are the profiles they are looking for?
- A technical expert with in-depth knowledge in one or more of the categories covered by the Innovation Fund with extensive experience in project implementation.
- An expert in greenhouse gas emissions avoidance assessment or life cycle assessment of products, processes or services.
- A financial expert in investment banking, project development and/or financial consulting, with experience in corporate or project finance, including due diligence, bankability and project risk analysis.
- An expert writer with a good level of oral and written English.
The subject classification of Innovation Fund projects are as follows:
- Innovative renewable energies, e.g. solar, heating and cooling, hydro, ocean, wind or RES component manufacturing.
- Energy-intensive industries. E.g. all sectors covered by the EU Emissions Trading Scheme (steel, non-ferrous, cement and lime, pulp, paper, glass, ceramics, building materials, hydrogen, refineries, chemicals).
- Energy storage including the manufacture of its components.
- Carbon capture, use and storage
