The CAIT Unit, through the IMAN programme, “Integration of a Multidisciplinary strategy for the Attraction of New research talent at Rey Juan Carlos University”, (funded by action GPE2023-001203 of MCIN/AEI/10.13039/501100011033.), financed by the Research State Agency, announces the 2025 Call for Mobility Actions, for the mobility of URJC and external postdoc researchers in excellence research centres, with the aim to promote the attraction of international talent and the collaboration in Horizon Europe’s Programme Pillar I of Excellence projects (MSCA and ERC) through 6 grants of €1,650/candidate.
Requirements
· Being a postdoctoral researcher, from the URJC or an international researcher*.
· Carrying out a 2-5 day mobility in an excellence research centre, either in the hosting international centre or at the URJC.
· Deadline for the mobility action: 15th December 2025.
Deadline for submission: from the publication of the call until the 24th October 2025.
Required documentation:
1. Paper of the work to be carried out during the mobility action, indicating its link to any of the European calls from Horizon Europe’s Pillar I of Excellence for the attraction and retention of talent (MSCA or ERC) or development of joint research projects (max. 2 pages),
2. Abbreviated CV of the URJC’s researcher requesting the mobility action (last 5 years; max. 4 pages),
3. Abbreviated CV of the international researcher, including international actions in during the last 5 years (max. 4 pages),
4. Acceptance letter from the hosting centre (URJC or international excellence centre).

*(International research staff shall be considered to be any national or foreign researcher who has been professionally affiliated with foreign research organisations for at least three years from the date of joining the organisation. In the case of persons who have been affiliated with more than one foreign research organisation, periods without affiliation between the different organisations shall be permitted, with a maximum cumulative total of 90 days.)
