Next 17th september will be opened the follwoing call Horizon Europe Cluster 5 2024-2025 “Sustainable, secure and competitive energy supply“
The objective is to foster a sustainable, secure and competitive energy supply through new smart grid solutions and energy systems based on more efficient renewable technologies. This includes boosting Europe’s global leadership in affordable and sustainable renewable energy technologies and services, ensuring uninterrupted and affordable energy supply for households and industries, and accelerating the development of Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage (CCUS) to mitigate CO2 emissions.
Open Calls:
- Minimisation of environmental, and optimisation of socio-economic impacts in the deployment, operation and decommissioning of offshore wind farms
- Development of smart concepts of integrated energy driven bio-refineries for co-production of advanced biofuels, bio-chemicals and biomaterials
- Innovative, Community-Integrated PV systems
- Digital tools for CSP and solar thermal plants
- CCU for the production of fuels
- DACCS and BECCS for CO2 removal/negative emissions
- Demonstrations of innovative floating wind concepts
- PV-integrated electric mobility applications
