On November 19, the Fifth EU Blue Parks Community Workshop will be held, entitled “Achieving the protection objectives of the Ocean and Water Mission: Presentation of EU Blue Parks projects.” This meeting, which will take place online, is aimed at organizations and projects dedicated to marine protection, especially those linked to the Ocean and Water Mission of the Horizon Europe program.
The EU Blue Parks Community, which already brings together more than 115 entities active in marine conservation, is promoting this series of workshops with the aim of highlighting the progress, good practices, and impacts of European projects in the field of Marine Protected Areas (MPAs). In addition, the event seeks to promote the exchange of experiences and the creation of synergies that contribute to improving the management, monitoring, and replicability of MPAs throughout the European Union.
