The European Commission has launched the ERASMUS-SPORT call for proposals with different topics aimed at supporting the organization of sporting events with a European dimension. This call for proposals is part of the Erasmus+ program, which seeks to promote sport as a tool for social inclusion, health, and the fight against discrimination.
This call is divided into three topics:
- Cooperation Partnerships – ERASMUS-SPORT-2026-SCP- Seeks to strengthen the capacity of organizations to cooperate at a transnational level, improving the quality, relevance, and internationalization of their activities through the exchange and development of new practices.
- Not-for-profit European sport events – ERASMUS-SPORT-2026-SNCESE- To support the organization of sporting events with a European dimension that promote volunteering, social inclusion, and the fight against discrimination and gender inequality in sport.
- Small-scale Partnerships – ERASMUS-SPORT-2026-SSCP – Seeks to facilitate access to the program for small, inexperienced, or new organizations by offering smaller grants, simple procedures, and flexible formats that combine national and transnational activities with a European dimension.
