The 27th edition of the Eppendorf Award for Young European Investigators who carry out research on biomedial research based on methods of molecular biology opened on October, 1. Applications are open until January, 15, 2022.
The winner will be awarded 20,000 EUR and his/her work will be published (in print and online) by the scientific journal Nature.
Applicants must not be older than 35 years, must hold an advanced degree (PhD, MD) and must be performing biomedical research in Europe based on methods of molecular biology, including novel analytical concepts.
The winner is selected by an independent expert committee chaired by Reinhard Jahn (Director Emeritus at the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry, Göttingen, Germany).
