The European Institute for Innovation and Technology have just officially announced the creation of its new Knowledge and Innovation Community (KIC) focusing on the Cultural & Creative Sectors and Industries (CCSI).
The main objective of this new community, which will bring together businesses and higher education and research organisations in a pan-European innovation ecosystem, is to deliver innovative solutions to help future entrepreneurs power its cutting-edge ventures, and deliver innovative solutions to the challenges they face. This new KIC will also bridge regional innovation gaps and harness the power of these sectors to support Europe’s cultural leadership.
The EIT Call for Proposals will be launched in Q4 2021 with a deadline for submissions in Q1 2022. The indicative roadmap and more information on this initiative are available here.
