The call for applications for the 2023-24 MSCA Staff Exchanges will open on 19 September.
The aim is to promote international, cross-sectoral and interdisciplinary innovative collaboration in research and innovation through the exchange of staff and the sharing of knowledge and ideas at all stages of the innovation chain. The scheme fosters a shared research and innovation culture that celebrates and rewards creativity and entrepreneurship and helps to turn ideas into innovative products, services or processes. It is open to research, technical, administrative and management staff.
Proposals should contribute to the following expected impacts:
- Increase international, intersectoral and interdisciplinary mobility of research staff within and outside Europe through networking and collaborative research activities.
- Strengthen the human capital base of R&I in Europe and beyond.
- Enhance the attractiveness of Europe as a leading R&I destination.
- Contribute to Europe’s competitiveness and growth through high quality R&I.
- Foster the culture of open science, innovation and entrepreneurship.
