Launch of the URJC’s Centre for the Attraction and Internationalisation of Research Talent (CAIT)
The Centre for the Attraction and Internationalisation of Research Talent was launched in June 2024 with the mission of providing integrated attention to international research staff joining the URJC.
To this end, it offers the following services:
- Assistance in the homologation, equivalence or validation of degrees.
- Assistance in obtaining visas and work and residence permits.
- Assistance in signing contracts for international research personnel.
- Assistance in the registration procedure, obtaining the NIE, registration with the Social Security and digital certificate/Clave system.
- Support in the incorporation of research staff into the university community and URJC research groups.
- Support for researchers to settle in the city.
- Submission of applications to calls for proposals at the AGE’s electronic offices as an authorised processor on behalf of international researchers.
- Support in any procedure associated with the incorporation of the researcher to the URJC.
